EPPOSI 11th workshop Partnering for Rare Disease Therapy Development

This important meeting will bring representatives from EU and member state institutions, clinicians, patient groups and industry, together in order to address the current challenges faced by the rare disease community in Europe with the purpose of shaping the future European policy for rare disease therapy development.
Key themes will include:
- Science - the determinants of research in rare disease in Europe: understanding the current and future European Research and Development challenges and opportunities
- Regulation - the Europe and beyond: developing future regulations and policies for better rare disease therapies
- Sustainable Access - The reality we face to improve access to and affordability of orphans
This 11th edition is co-chairs by Lesley Greene, CLIMB (UK) representing Patients; Milan Macek, University Hospital Motol (Czech Republic) representing Science and Andrea Rappagliosi, GlaxoSmithKline (Switzerland) representing Industry.
